MG ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam

This is my latest model. The Master Grade Freedom Gundam. I have to say, I had a lot of fun putting this one together. It took me about 2 days with no painting. Its my first MG model that I didnt paint due to a clogged airbrush and lack of paint :[ Either way, Im happy with the way it looks. The back pack is a bit heavy which makes posing without the stand a bit of a task. Since it was mentioned, the joint articulation on this model is very nice. I find it to be one of the more flexible models in my collection. With the Hi-Mat wings spread out in full glory, the model is almost a foot wide. I have to say that this model proved to be the most fun, and intensive model to put together. Now that it sits on my shelf soaking up all the attention, its time to decide on a new model to get ! Im open to any suggestions :] Oh and here are the pics !

I thought this was a cool pose for freedom with the Hi-mat wings open.

New Model and a better camera..

I just bought a new Gundam model ! I was at Tokyo Discount and happened to spot GNY-001 Gundam Astraea sitting on the shelf. Its a 1/100 model that is very similar to Gundam Exia. Most of the parts remained the same for the build. Oh and I also got a hold of a better camera ! (hooray!) So hopefully these pictures turn out better after I upload them. The build took me about 2 hours because I didnt paint this one. I need more Gundam paint and markers so till then, my new models will remain unpainted. I do however plan on assembling Impulse, Exia, and Astrea once I get more paint and finish them properly and do them justice :]

Started Unpacking..

some of my Gundam models ! I've been collecting since I was in elementary school, but my models have been inside boxes since I moved. I had some extra time on my hands so i decided to unpack my models. Most of my models were bought years ago, but I just recently got back into putting them together. I can proudly say I'm an otaku haha. Anyways, sorry for the poor picture quality, I'm still saving up for a decent DSLR camera so I can properly do some more gunpla. Either way, heres some of the models I just finished unpacking.

I also don't know why a lot of people don't like the Seed/Seed Destiny series. I'm a little picky when it comes to choosing what anime series to watch, and I honestly thought it was a pretty decent series. The series had a good story, the usual colony drop, overpowered suits, (strike freedom) and some good characters. (Lunamria FTW !) Everything that was in the previous series' was in Seed/Seed Destiny so i don't understand why a lot of people hate it. Oh well, can't please everyone right ? I'll be posting some more images of my other models (theres about 50+ ^__^) and hopefully I'll have a better camera to work with.

First Time :]

First post in my blog :] Ive had this thing for quite some time, but only decided to start using it after 3 years -_-' Anyways, I thought its time that I use this since I dont have much else to do besides work, school, buy stuff, etc. When i say stuff, I mean Gundam Models, Revoltech, Video Games, and Figma once in awhile. Yea, Im a bit of an otaku :] My recent highlight was AX 09 in LA California ! Awesome expo if you ask me. It feels good being around fellow otakus and quite the number of gorgeous cosplayer girls :]

I currently am working, schooling both on the campus and in video games ;] I used to be in a relationship, but got sick of the drama and constantly being broke. I am now enjoying the single life to its fullest extent. Im a big fan of anime epspecially Mech anime such as Gundam, Evangelion, Gurren Lagann, Code Geass, and much more. Ive been collecting Gundam Models since elementary school but only recently did i decide to take them out of the box and put them up on shelves (i need to make more shelves to actually showcase my full collection which Ill be doing periodically). My true passion lies within Computers, Electronics, and Video Games of course ! Yea, im a geek. So what ? "haters can go suck a pickle !" :]
